Mainly includes key equimments and system technologies such as KS high efficiency, low resistance and emission, preheat and precalcining technology, KY rotary kiln, KC clinker cooler, KGP clinker roller crusher, KiFla pulverized coal burner technology, KPF impact crusher, KSRP type raw material roller press, KS-V separator, KS-W separator, KTC double teeth roller crusher, and NKC cement industry spraying system etc. Regarding the existing burning system, we replace material dispersion device, flap valve, cyclone inner core, riser, calciner, smoke chamber, and replace cooler partly or completely; burning standard coal consumption can be reduced by 2~10 kgce/t.cl, and power consumption by 2~5kWh/t.cl. The energy-saving and consumption-reducing scheme has been applied for more than 20 production lines, and obtained good economic and social benefits.
Nanjing Kisen energy-efficiency cement grinding modification scheme
Mainly includes key equimments and system technologies such as KVM-P cement pre-grinding vertical mill, KVM-C cement finished grinding vertical mill, KSRP cement roller press, KS-V separator, KS-L separator and NKM tube mill etc., process power consumption of grinding system can be reduced to 28kWh/t or lower. The energy-saving scheme has been applied for more than 10 grinding lines, and obtained good economic and social benefits.
